Workshop Series for Pre-Breast Reconstruction Surgery

Organized through Women’s College Hospital, there are regular workshop series for women contemplating or scheduled for breast reconstruction surgery. These are full-day workshops in which the Plastic Surgeons at UHN and Women’s College as well as other health professionals present on areas of breast reconstruction surgical options, post-surgical care, stress management, diet and exercise, body image and self-esteem. This is an excellent opportunity to get educated about breast reconstruction surgery, share questions and concerns and meet other women with similar experiences.
